With the largest material size polishing capabilities in the country, we can apply quality finishes to nearly ANY sized flat-rolled stainless steel. Whether it’s your stainless material, or material we source for you!
PROCESSING OPTIONS
STANDARD FINISH
All of the raw plate surface is removed, and an SSS high-quality finish is provided with a guaranteed maximum RA ordered by the customer.
Pits and minor imperfections from the mill remain acceptable in the finish.
PIT REDUCED
Only minimal amount of pits in final finish is accepted (less than 2 per sq. ft.)
Excessive pitting is removed through machine grinding and/or hand-grinding, until pit frequency is reduced to acceptable levels.
PIT FREE "DAIRY GRADE"
SSS high-quality finish is provided with a guaranteed maximum RA ordered.
The finish is guaranteed to be Pit-Free, achieved through pit-removal practices.
Minor dimpling from hand grinding is accepted.

PIT FREE FEATURELESS
AKA "BPE." High-quality finish, never to exceed maximum Ra allowed, guaranteed to be Pit-Free AND Dimple-Free.
All grinding and pit removal is done 100% by machine, no hand grinding permitted.
